Johan Gardien

Johan has worked for many years in CalWin as a sales manager in addition to having an administrative role. Before coming to CalWin, Johan worked in the window industry. In addition, Johan holds the position of deputy managing director and locally manages the Ålesund office when the general manager is not physically present. Johan is originally from the Netherlands but has been living in Norway since 1986. He is fluent in Norwegian, German, Dutch, and English. Johan always puts the customer first and is a dedicated person. He is positive, and this also influences his relationship with customers, where he always strives to be service-minded and helpful in finding good solutions. He takes on challenges, and customers can always rely on Johan to work for their best interests. Johan is committed to staying fit and trains a lot every day. He runs marathons and participates in some marathon races around the world.
