With CalWin's new pre-invoicing feature, you can now easily create and send invoices in advance, allowing your customers to pay upfront for your products.
Pre-invoicing rules can be set up, where you can specify the percentage of the sales price including VAT that must be paid in advance. This profile is then entered on the order if it is applicable to use pre-invoicing.
When the invoice wizard is running, orders that have a pre-invoicing rule are captured as a normal invoice. The invoice amount is then calculated based on the percentage defined on the pre-invoicing rule.
